Prices are valid only in writing and for the specified period. Our hotel reserves the right to modify the displayed prices without prior notice where there are justifiable reasons.
All prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong.
All the rates are inclusive of Government Taxes (or equivalent VAT) and Service Charges, following the existing local regulations of Vietnam.

Check-in: from 14:00
Check out: no later than 12:00
Early check-in: subject to room availability
Late check-out policy:
All late check-out is subject to room availability
Check out between 12:00 to 17:00: 50% room rate surcharge subject to the room availability
Check-out 17:00: 100% room rate surcharge
Early check-in policy:
For early arrivals, please inform our reservation/sales team during the booking process. Early check-in is subject to availability.
Guarantee Policy:
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check-in.
Full payment in advance might be applied for promotions or public holidays.
Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received.
Children & Extra Bed Policy:
Baby cots are free of charge for infants and subject to availability.
Children under 6 years: free of charge without extra bed. Maximum 2 children per room.
Children from 6 years up to 11years: VND 200,000 child/room/night without extra bed. Maximum 1 child per room.
Children from 12 years are considered as adults: VND 400,000/ person/ night without extra bed. Maximum 1 person per room.
Extra bed surcharge VND 600,000/extra bed/ night will be applied - subject to room type.
All the above surcharges include tax, service charge and breakfast.
Cancellation/Amendment Policy:
If cancellation/amendment is made 72 hours before your arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancellation/amendment is less than 72 hours before your arrival, including reservations made within that time, 1 (one) night’s room rate and tax will be charged.
In case of a no-show, a 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
Promotions are Non– changeable & Non– refundable.
* The refund process will take approximately 7 to 20 working days depending on the intermediary bank.
Pet Policy:
Pets are not permitted in our Resort.
Smoking policy
In line with our environmental focus and as a child-friendly resort, we are a non-smoking Resort. Smoking is not permitted in the bedrooms or any of the facilities. Designated smoking areas are available and guests are kindly encouraged to use these for smoking purposes.
